As you can see above the new Mexico City server is available in the IPVanish client. You can connect to it using OpenVPN (TCP or UDP), PPTP or L2TP protocols. We connected using OpenVPN and found the performance to be better than expected. With a download speed of 9.74 Mbps and upload speed of 1.82 Mbps. That’s really good given the distance and location of the server. We get up to 45 Mbps on their U. S. VPN servers.
