Kepard has come a long way since they launched in August of 2012. They provide customers with an affordable online privacy service. Kepard manages a network of VPN servers in six countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany and The Netherlands. We enjoy using their Windows client. The interface is well done. Their Android app is free to download and works well with the service.
